Reserve Chair
The Reserve Chair is a position that exists within The Spherion Network with the primary function of ensuring enough Spherion is in circulation to meet the demands of the network. This role act as the sole issuer of the currency. Recommendations from the Exchange Board can be made and it is up to the Reserve Chair to approve and mint the Spherion or to deny the recommendation.
This role can also issue buy backs.
